SO how long will this subforum last

I don't check in as often as i used to. I was in the original thread hardcore. THen the movie came out, and I guess i didn't want to hear about it from anyone who had harsh things to say for the sake of being harsh. I know this subforum was needed for the release of the new film...but how long before it is retired?

Thoughts

I think it should be at least temporarily closed. If people want asinine topics, there's always OtherTalk.

Put it out of its misery.

Those who haven't seen it yet are out of luck. Away with this graveyard!

What difference does it make?

Can the threads here be stuck back into the movie forum without losing them?

Shut it down. When people start asking what "A New Hope" means, you know it's been up too long.

That's what has happened in the past. Nothing is lost -- it's all dumped back into Movie Talk, where it dies a quick death (although it is available for searching down the road).

I was hoping it would stay up till the DVD release. I'm sure there's a lot of other cheap and lazy people like me who are waiting till then to see Sith.

I was really starting to get into a groove. There weren't as many people posting, but that kinda kept the number of trolls down too. Very disappointing.
