Another can you ID this movie?

Saw this when I was very young, probably mid to late 70's on TV so it was probably early 70's or 60's, was in color. Movie took place at a beach fishing village and was about a plane that crashed carrying or dropped an atomic bomb (undetonated) and the fishes where washing up ashore dead from the radiation, and the people didn't know why. Wish I new more? Ring any bells?

Only place I can find a copy wants $40 for a DVD copy on ebay, that sucks!

Yes, $40 sucks - especially for what is obviously a bootleg. Did you look at his feedback? Loved the neg about getting a DVD that was lifted from a TV broadcast!
