it is about these 2 guys, 1 of each color. i can't remember which one was in jail for a long time but his famous line i remember was "my dick gets hard when the wind blows" cuz he was in jail for along time it is an older movie i wanna say nick nolty is in it but not positive. I wanna pick this movie up but not sure if it is 48 hrs. plz help.....call me stupid if it makes ya feel better!
