Fuck. What else is he passing on? Seems to be more fascinating in what he passes on over what he actually gets. Guy for sure has a handle on what he wants to do. Good for him.
Dunno why Aoki isn't in this one cuz now we got Jamie Chung as Miho. I did like Aoki's look for Miho though.
EDIT: Fount out why. Aoki is on her 2nd pregnancy. Well that makes sense.

Gross. I think she's ugly. And not in the "internet guy judging women" way, but in a genuine she's unattractive way.

And they keep coming...unless I missed this one in a previous post -
Josh Brolin Takes Over For Clive Owen As Dwight In Sin City: A Dame To Kill For
When it was announced that the central story of Robert Rodriguez's upcoming Sin City sequel would be A Dame To Kill For the big question on fans' mind was, "What do you do about Dwight?" While the character was played by Clive Owen in Rodriguez's first Frank Miller adaptation, that story - The Big Fat Kill - is actually set after A Dame To Kill For and, most importantly, after Dwight underwent major plastic surgery to hide his real appearance. Thus, we've long been wondering who would play the role in the follow-up. Today we have our answer.
Dimension Films has sent out a press release announcing that Josh Brolin - who previously worked with Rodriguez on the Planet Terror segment of Grindhouse - has landed the role of Dwight in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. Additionally, they have also revealed the plot synopsis for the central story, which comes with the explanation as to why Brolin was brought in instead of Owen.
In SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR, Dwight is hunted down by the only woman he ever loved, Ava Lord, and then watches his life go straight to hell. Chronologically, this story takes place prior to “The Big Fat Kill” (featured in the film FRANK MILLER’S SIN CITY) and explains how Dwight came to have a dramatically different face.
It's noted that the role of Ava Lord has not yet been cast, despite the fact that the film is already in production and aiming for a October 4, 2013 release date.
And this is just the latest development for Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. Just yesterday it was revealed that Joseph Gordon-Levitt has joined the movie in the key role of Johnny and just a few hours ago it was announced that Christopher Meloni is part of the production as well. They join a cast that includes returning stars like Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson and Jaime King as well as Dennis Haysbert and Jamie Chung, who have replaced Michael Clarke Duncan and Devon Aoki, respectively.

Is it possible the she looks too Asian for some of you guys?
I don't find her ugly in any form. Her face is the least attractive element on her, but it's not ugly for me. She's got a weird face but not one that is ugly. Maybe it's cuz it's a little rounder or smaller than normal when compared to her body element?

I'm Asian, so I don't think her looking "too Asian" is the issue for me. If anything, she doesn't look typically Asian to me.

When you're a kid and you think BTTF is primarily a sci-fi adventure story you tend to prefer II to III.
When you grow up a little and you realize all that stuff is just a device to support a character-driven comedy you realize that III is truer in spirit to the first film.
The best way to look at them is as a single production (which they obviously are, which is why they're being discussed in this thread) in which those two components that the first film balanced perfectly are now almost completely isolated in the two different halves.
I like all 3 but I can't help but think the preference for Part II is comparable to the people who just wanna see a Superman movie where he fights a super-powered villain for 2 hours.

Huh? Why are we talking about BTTF? Was this something from earlier in the thead when they were going to film these moves back to back? Because they aren't doing that anymore, despite the thread title.

For what it's worth I was wondering why people were talking about Matrix and BTTF sequels when there hasn't been talk of this being a 2-part production in years.
But yeah, my bad.

That's fucked up you guys calling her ugly or an alien. Have you seen her body? Before the pregnenacy. It was smoking hot. As if any of you would turn her down if she said that she wanted to you use your face as a bicycle seat.

Was turned off by the casting change until I read some of the story details...sounds good! Any need for Bruce Willis to be in this one?

Who exactly each will play, or exactly how large each role is, remains unclear. But when the sequel to the 2005 film hits on September 13, they’ll be there.
