I have to admit I've only seen a hand full of these but for those of you who have seen more then the five that I have which is your favorite?

High and Low, even if you included Seven Samurai.

It is usually a toss up between Red Beard and Throne of Blood for me. I haven't seen Kagemusha, though. I'll vote Red Beard.
Throne of Blood is totally great but Red Beard just hits me emotionally. He has so many great movies.

Haven't seen quite everything on the list yet, but so far, I would go with YOJIMBO.

Haven't seen them all, but Yojimbo has always been my favorite.

I've always found the light-hearted exuberance of The Hidden Fortress to be very enjoyable. I was also incredibly impressed with his first, the judo movie Sanshiro Sugata. Hopefully someone will come out with a much better print of that one, as the Hong Kong release I"ve got is quite poor.

The only other one I've seen is Rashomon, but I really want to see more Kurosawa's films. I have Ikiru, Yojimbo, Ran, Stray Dog, and Throne of Blood in my netflix queue.
