Boris Karloff - end of story.

Go watch the Mummy. The man had the creepyst eyes that could BURN into your very soul. Bella had creepy eyes too, but Boris was magnatudes more intense.

70 years later and the man can still make my skin crawl.

lol, ya think? The Alien creature was always considered a sexual and sensual looking organism. That's one of the reasons why Scott chose it for his film.

I'm sort of into the monster scifi thriller psychological thriller angle so my nomination goes to:

When I was younger and caught Legend on tv one time...lets just say for weeks when I went to close my eyes to go to sleep, Darkness was all I could see. Freaked me out. Now I just think he looks really cool.

But I gotta say Alien takes the cake.

Gigers Alien and Camerons Aliens/Alien Queen. By the far the most exciting and hair raising creatures ever created. Period.

After seeing the pics, I'll have to go with Alien. Then again, the chick in Species is pretty awesome.

As much as I like Giger's Alien, I have to go with the Creature from the Black Lagoon.

The Metaluna mutant from This Island Earth is freakin' cool too.
