After buying this and seeing it I find the review I commented on even more amusing and sad. There was only 1 effect I think would be too much for a 9 year old, There would of been two if they hadn't done the shadow trick in the castle during the first few minutes.

The rest is so over the top and effect crazy that it wouldn't really be an issue for me....but this is coming from someone who as a young kid taped all those free Showtime and HBO movie weekends and saw MANY movies way before he should of.
