Like I said earlier, I think they are banking on a desire from the general public to see Garner kick some butt. It would be hard to sell this movie to a public that can watch her do essentially the same thing for free on TV, unless they release it when the show hasn't been on for several months and still has two weeks to go.

January, really? It's only a month's difference but that is better than the February date I had heard for the return of Alias.
