Here are three from some of the Korean films I've seen lately.
1) My Sassy Girl - The "ten rules" scene and the very last scene.
2) Oldboy - The extended shot fight scene.
3) Memories of Murder - The very last scene/shot in the film.

Well, hardly my top three, but I can think of three not mentioned yet.
1) "Do I look ready?" from Kill Bill 2 (mentioned earlier, but not in specifics.)
2) When Barry gets hit by the truck in Punch Drunk Love, gets out of his car, and kicks ass.
3) Leon explains why he wouldn't be a good lover.

I also got a thing of watching my favorite scenes when I get really drunk anyways..
SPOILERS:
*The DeNiro and Pacino scene..where they sit down and get to talk face to face is one of my favorites..heat also has lots of other great scenes.
*Pesci and Liotta in Goodfellas "Funny How?"..This is possibly my all time favorite scene.
*The Shower scene, bassment/dead mother scene and the final scene seeing Norman talking in his head in his mothers voice in Psycho.
2 others I'll never forget:
*The Ending of Vertigo..I never felt so into a movie in my life..the ending just shocked me so much I got chills all over.
*Samuel L Jackson in Pulp Fiction. "Say what again!"

Im sure this has been brought up before, but hell, have a go at it again. This maybe impossible for some ppl, but give her a shot. Here's mine (for now):
1. True Romance - Walken and Hopper scene (is this a "shallow" pick??).
2. Apocolypse Now - Ride Of The Valkyries invasion scene. (I can't believe how good this looks and sounds today)
3. The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly - The Trio scene at the end.
Come on, do yer best. And plz no 12 way ties or anything. TRY TO KEEP IT TO ONLY THREE.

Man thats a hard one THERE is SO MANY. Just a few off the top of my head.
I would go with the
THE BIRDS---love the scene where she is sitting outside the school yard smoking her cigarette. How the scene pulls in for an extreme closeup and then pulls back to reveal a few birds more then zooms in and pulld back again again a few more then it zooms in for a sustained shot and just when you are completelt bored and sick of staring at her face it pulls back and there is hundreds. I love that scene.
LEOn THE PROFESSIONAL--I love the scene where Portman walks by her own apartment room and knocks on her neighbors door. The subdued terror and complete panic is awesome.
28 DAYS LATER--When he is just first walking across London Bridge and you see NONE in sight yet in the background is Big Ben. That scene is very powerful and just spookingly eerie.
Those are ones I have watched in the past month that stand out. Of course it will probably be different by next month

My first submission may be a little trite but I have always enjoyed the scene in SW Ep. IV when Luke looks at the setting twin suns. This is probably my favorite shot of the whole original trilogy (hell, all 5 of them so far).
Most of my faves have been touched on already but I can think of a couple more I like:
An American Werewof in London - walking through the moors. It keeps me on the edge of my seat each time and I've seen the film probably 20 times since it came out.
Barton Fink - when the hotel is on fire.
Crap, I can't just choose 3 so I will stop now.
Ok, one more - The Blues Brothers in the restaurant.
"How much for the little girl? How much for the women?"
"What?"
"Your women. I want to buy your women. The little girl, your daughters... sell them to me. Sell me your children."

It seems like we do this all the time...
Anyway, right now, the first three that pop into my head:
1.Lord Hidetora (sp?) decending the stairs between the two armies with the burning castle in the background in "Ran":
2. Riding a 70 foot swell 100 miles off the coast of San Diego in "Step into Liquid" (turn up your subwoofer):
3. The famous and mercilessly manipulative but finally hilarious scene in "L'Argent de Poche" where the following cute-as-a-button kid climbs out of a 15 story window and falls...rent the movie to see what happens:
