What other movies? Whatever you FEEL like watching, GOSH!

Well, I'd have a look at Wes Anderson's pics, Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums, both of which center around oddball characters who feel the whole world's out of step but them.

Hearing that makes me even more confident I'll like Napoleon Dynamite when I finally see it

Welcome to the Dollhouse
Bottle Rocket (IMO the best Wes Anderson movie)

Both interesting movies that you will either love or hate.

Napoleon Dynamite - Loved it.
Rushmore - eh... it was allright, but not similar to ND.
Royal Tenenbaums - sucked
Welcome to the Dollhouse - good film
Bottle Rocket - liked it, but nothing like ND
Ghost World - before someone else suggests it... I didn't like it

I can't really think of anything quite like ND... I'm sure there's something comparable, but nothing is coming to mind. It's not the kind of movie that's easy to go "if you liked ND, you'll love _____" Welcome to the Dollhouse is close.

I liked Rushmore a lot. Bill Murray is the man

closest thing to Napoleon Dyanamite I've seen

love Rushmore, but Bill Murray makes any movie he's in better, so that's no surprise.

I'm looking forward to seeing ND. But I'm not sure if it's in a theater that's close to me.

Saw Napoleon Dynamite tonight loved it, and I can't think of one movie that's really like it. The closest I can think of actually is Punch Drunk Love, but even that is a stretch.
