Next weekend will make it tough for those leading this week. A lot of people will want to see The Village & The Manchurian Candidate. I look forward seeing the numbers next week.

yup, and with free movie tickets, you can expect any dvd on sale the tuesday before release with a free movie ticket will get that ticket holder and a guest to the theater so you got an easy two tickets sold there.

Well perhaps I should rephrase that. If a movie remotely looks good, the free ticket in the first film release dvd will boost sales. Fans of Batman: TAS knew that catwomen had very little to do with Batman: TAS and thus, they couldn't give a crap about it.

Personally, I think that Catwoman will make $5-6 million. I think that it's gonna fall behind Spider-Man 2.

Nice Catwomen didn't even make 17Mil I'm glad to see this flop for two reasons...ONE...WB needs to learn how to make a good comic book movie again!...TWO...Halle.

We all know it doesn't matter what Manchurian does opening weekend because it will undoubtedly have legs.
Why?
Because the adult crowd who don't normally go to movies will make an attempt to see this over the next month.
The Village will take home the big cash though.
