I'm with you.. While I can't say any one film is necessarily the best, if I had to pick one movie, it'd be Blade Runner.

Mine will always be The Lost Boys! I remember seeing it in the theater on opening weekend with my big brother when i was a young one and just loving it. I can watch that film anytime and enjoy every second of it. But i also have to say that Point Break comes in pretty close.

It took ten years to topple Leon: The Professional as my fave, but Kill Bill: Vols. 1 & 2 has topped my list now.

I would say it's either Rushmore or Majo no Takkyuubin (aka Kiki's Delivery Service).

Yes, this thread has been done already and my answer has always been the same... 2001: ASO is not only my favorite film of all time, but the greatest film of all time. IMHO of course...

Quick off topic question, is that picture of "Leon: The Professional" available anywhere as a poster?

THE THIRD MAN

Very close runner-ups include 2001 and John Woo's THE KILLER.

Taking the trilogy as a whole, LOTR hands down.

But to pick a single, stand alone movie I'd have to go with Pulp Fiction.
