I'm ignoring songs that were written for movies or first came to prominence in conenction with particular movies (like Ghostbusters or Don't You Forget About Me). This leaves off my strongest association -- the theme from The Good, the Bad & The Ugly (how can you hear a single note of that and not immediately picture the Man With No Name stepping into frame to face down Angel Eyes?).

Layla, Memo for Turner ==> Goodfellas
Tangerine, Tiny Dancer ==> Almost Famous
Son of A Preacher, C'est La Vie ==> Pulp Fiction
Stuck in the Middle ==> Reservoir Dogs

My wife can't hear Stayin' Alive without thinking of Airplane. I make the more traditional Saturday Night Fever association.
