Ever answer the phone/door when the bell rings in a movie?
I haven't but there's been a few times I've asked my self "was that the door/phone?"

Since my phone sits just below one of my speakers, it's not unusual for me to glance over to my phone when one rings in a movie. It's really annoying when they don't answer right away!

No. But they did something like this on Curb Your Enthusiasm. Larry is sittling at a stop sign and the AA (honk, honk) MCO, commercial is on and he thought it was the guy behind him honking. He started cursing at him. So the guy ram's Larry's car and takes off.

A couple of times the phone has almost tricked me to the point where I will say to whoever is close to it to pick it up, but that is rare. The doorbell almost always gets my dog as she will start barking and running to the front door, stupid mutt.
