Now why do I believe the film is ahead of it's time? Look at the film and it's parodying of television by showing Brad and Janet's problems in front of a live studio audience (basically the entire town of Denton) with manipulation from the people "involved" with the show that they're on.
Now look at reality television today.
Richard O'Brien is one smart ****er.

Another would be If These Walls Could Talk 2, which I saw at my job.
Lets also not forget about:
Psycho II
Psycho III
Psycho IV: The Beginning...
Also, I can't believe they made a sequel to Splash! God, why? And with Amy Yasbeck too.

Neither are remakes, they're just based on the same books. "Ripley's Game", however is a sequel as a book.

If anyone is curious about this steaming load, it'll be on Starz Family on 4/30 (2:15 pm) and 5/1 (7:15 am).

I watched this Saturday, and it was truly horrible, ti was like a bad X-files story, with even worse production values. I was not expecting much, and this delivered even less.

I just like to believe that there was only the first Robocop and thats it really.
2 seemed silly
and 3....wow, i never knew a Robocop movie could suck and blow at the same time.

Not even close. And they only had 2 (extremely pathetic) "commercials in the film as well, with a different narrator. It is only 1:20, which adds to the low production sci-fi channel tv show feel, in fact I would not be surprised to see this airing 5 times a day on Sci-Fi chalnnel very soon.
