You're doing impressively well considering you never heard of HSX before.

I do have an advantage due to my experience, so I've been trying to eliminate that advantage by sharing my knowledge. I tried to explain bonds to everyone, for example, although I don't know how good a job I did. If anyone has any questions, post 'em and I'll give it my best shot.

I actually did not lose money last night. That was welcome.
I've got 42 including JUICE84.

I'm gonna skip. I don't play HSX that often and I already built up a nice portfolio under JUICE84. Quick word of advice buy GODSEND. America loves horror/thrillers.

Agree with the second statement, disagree with the first. There is pretty much no buzz on Godsend and right now the screencount is only 1800+. Don't set your expectations too high on this one.

... not to mention it was re-edited from its original version to get a PG-13, which is seldom a good sign...

So, I'm not clear on the league thing - do I add everyone one-at-a-time or is there an easier way?

Unfortunately, if you want to look at the league in-game you have to add everybody individually, one at a time.

Anyone else make an absolute killing off of the rapidly dropping 'Punisher'? I put a short of almost a million dollars worth of shares a few days ago, boy did it pay off.

Oh man, the punisher is the lovely thing keeping me happy.

I just wish WB would release more catwoman stuff so it can go back down. I had a bad couple past days with AvP going down like hell and finally jumping back up.

At the end of the day the stocks reset and start showing you how much high or low you are on the stocks you do have. perhaps some went down?

I'm finally bouncing back from the dip after AvP took a dive a couple days ago. ouch. that was no fun as well as Catwoman back firing and going up when I shorted it.

Who were you missing? I only have 41 without Juice.

From now on, when the main list is updated, can it be done chronologically so it is easier to figure out who to add?

No.

Just kidding...yes. I'll add a "New Players" section to the weekly leaderboard.

So, who the hell is buying bonds in Isabella Rossellini? Grr.

And another GRR goes out to JPL.

Dont react too quickly Jack. I have been playing this for a while (my original account has around $129 million) and these things always happen. youre better off holding on to it for the long term. Even stocks that are "sure things" go down, you just need to weather the storm.

I'm holding on to them, but I doubt I will gain any profit from them in the long run. I'm just hoping to keep them and unload them when they break even or make even the slightlest profit.

I'm going through a bad storm this weekend and the last week so far. Ouch, a lot of sure things are going south with even a lot of my calls/pulls are +44% a lot of the movie stocks are just hitting me hard right now. ouch.

I remember years ago I had Minority Report stock, I bought like 40,000 shares of it and it kept going down and down, really ripped me a new hole. I sold off alot of the shares because it looked like Spielberg had changed his mind and was gonna do Memoirs of a Geisha instead. Well, next thing I know, Speilberg announced that he was indeed moving ahead with Minority Report and I was kicking myself hard for dumping the stock, would have made quite a bit if I had held on to it. That was back in the days when my account was under $2 MILLION.

If I were to recommend a stock now, i think I would go with Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, or maybe even Polar Express. I have so far made (on my other account) more than a 2,000% profit from Polar. But please dont count totally on what I say. Maybe even the Neon Genesis Live action film, but that one is much riskier than the others.
