Spoiler:
They find a video camera on the boat, and it's got old footage of the shipowner's antics (flashing breasts, carousing, etc.) They use the camera to document their trip to the new island ... several flashes along the way of another boat they find (with a zombie head inexplicably in a cooler snarling at them, plates of maggots, etc.) and their boat runs out of gas. As they drift to the new island, they find it initially deserted, but are inundated with zombies as soon as they dock. There's some debate as to what's actually seen, but I think I saw Ken's character (wielding a shotgun) running into the woods, and the camera is dropped, so whoever was manning it presumably was killed or fled in panic. Some have said that they saw Ken's body, or Ana as a zombie, but it was all so fast that I honestly can't say that I saw either.

Left before the credits?

You can read what happened but it's just not the same unless you experience in the theater. GETGOING!

Actually AFTER the credits, it tells you the movies was rated R and then the movie goes off and then you leave the theatre. During the credits, well thats a whole different story.
