Here's 2 "friend of a friend" stories about Pauly Shore....
Number 1, my roomates girlfriend at the time was hit on by Pauly Shore in an airport.
And number 2, apparantly a female friend of my friend's friend was hanging out with Pauly Shore and a bunch of people at a club in Orlando. When the club closed Pauly asked if they all wanted to go back to his hotel room. A bunch of people went back to his room and started drinking, etc. Well the female friend had to use the restroom. She was there for 5-10 minutes, and when she came out all the people were gone, there were candles lit, and sensual music was playing. She says she freaked out and got out of there as fast as she could!
(No, I didn't hear this from the actual girl and Yes, I know that's how rumors get started)

Back in the day when The New Kids on the Block were something, they came to town for a concert. A coworker was putting cassetes out when a couple of guys asked him where their CD was. He asked them who they were, and they were pissed he did not know (He really had no clue, he knew nothing of mainstream music) who they were.
Later the store was giving away a "night" with NKOTB; dinner, concert, backsatge passes, etc. The boys were sitting on "stage" at the back of the store. The announced the winner, a hefty gal, who was in tears. As she was walking up, a couple of the boys were making BJ gestures w/ their water bottles, totally classless ass clowns.

I have eaten at a mother's day brunch with Diane Ladd and Laura Dern, who were both very nice. When I worked in a restaurant, I waited on Peter Fonda and Robert Redford who were both very nice (especially Robert Redford). I had some drinks at a bar with Matthew Broderick, who seemed pretty cool. My nephew played touch football with Jack Nicholson during a break of a movie shoot, and he said he was very nice. I guess I've been lucky in that I have not had any a-hole celebrity contact.
My absolute favorite celebrity contact story:
My father-in-law was drunk in Vegas back in the mid 80's and tried to pick a fight with some older guy at a casino bar (he doesn't remember why, other than he recalls saying "I hate your tie"). The other guy pretty much ignored him and laughed it off. Later on, my father-in-law finds out that the guy was none other than Jake LaMotta, THE raging bull. Jake was already in his mid 60's at the time but was still in pretty good shape. My father-in-law was so embarressed he had a nice bottle of wine sent to LaMotta with a note saying "thanks for not kicking my ass".

I took a picture with Vivica A. Fox and Tamala Jones last night at the Lakers game. They were really nice and fine as hell. It was a 1/2 Booty Call reunion.

I met Mike Ditka in his restaurant and he was super nice. It was a weekday afternoon, just after a Cubs game, and I saw him come in and my cousin and I could barely contain ourselves. So we went over shook his hand and took a picture with him. When we left we said thanks again, shook his hand again and asked him what he thought of the Bears this year. All I can say is thank god, because if he would have been an a-hole to us, I'm not sure what I would do with my life. (And in that picture you can see the worst sunburn of my life which came after sitting in the bleachers at Wrigley for a 15 inning game)
