If I had wanted to see a stage play, I would've gone to
Broadway and done so.

Dogville should be called "When Indie Film Experiments Go Horribly Wrong."

I'll stick with Breaking the Waves and Dancer in the Dark.

I think the movie forces you to pay more attention to the acting and I think in this it excels. I really hated the townspeople.

I adored this movie. I'm not really entirely sure why, but it was just so well acted, great story and I just loved how it was set up.
