Not yet, but it's too soon to tell. The theatrical runs of the other two extended editions were meant as a marketing advance to promote Return of the King. Now that they don't have another film to promote, a theatrical run is less likely.
Of course, if it wins the Best Picture Oscar the theatrical cut will be back in wide release for a few weeks.
