Looking for WOODEN poster frames
I used to have a site bookmarked that sold nice wooden poster frames, with a backing board and some plexi for about $60. I can't find that link anymore, and searching through old threads only points out metal frames, which I don't want.
I could make some myself, but when I checked at Home Depot their plexi was about $40 for a 27x40-ish sheet (they didn't actually have that dimension, I'd have to cut off some excess.) So my question is can I just call a glass company and get some cheaper plexi? And an art store for a backing board?

Check Ikea if near you.
They sell a 27x40 wood frame with plexi and back for $29.99. |

Well, unfortunately the closest is about 6 hours away (Illinois.) We'll have one here within a few years though.
But it looks like they are on the website, so maybe that's a way to go. Thanks for the suggestion!
