And I'm going to the one-way glass screening of "Groucho's Zany Adventures with Salma Hayek."

I doubt it. usually it's just a show boat and then leave. My hopes and dreams of it being a 2 day long film isn't going to come true so this guy should have came back by now.

Rodriguez wanted to complete filming and post on Spy Kids 3 before the kids got too old. Much of OUATIM's after-principal photography work was put on hold.
Rodriguez wanted to properly score the film himself. He worked with collaborators on the past two Spy Kids films.
Opinions from early test screenings of OUATIM's rough cut were middling or worse. Rodriguez had not properly edited the film yet, just assembled it into an order (like Bruckheimer did with his disastrous 50-minute rough cut of Armageddon, which was shown at Cannes to fits of laughter). Rodriguez has since edited the film into what he wanted.
The film was scheduled, then pushed back, then pushed back again, as Columbia thought the film would get lost in this summer's foolproof schedule of flawless blockbusters.
I'm happy I'll get to see it, whether or not it's bad or good.

But seriously, I see posts all the time about posters seeing advanced screenings of movies. What was different about this one. Would it have been better if he had posted after the fact, and gave a review at the same time?
