What Woody Allen movie is this scene from?
Recently I caught a bit of a Woody Allen movie during a trip, but I wasn't able to figure out what movie it was from. Here's the scene:
Woody Allen and another guy are in South America or Mexico and they put a drug in a dictator's drink right before a press conference. Of course, the drinks get switched, and the other guy drinks it instead, going loopy, and making for a very funny scene.
Any ideas?
