Ok, serious time. At what point in a "REVIEW" thread can people reasonably be expected to not have to spoiler conversation?

It happened last week in the ONE Dark Knight Thread that clearly had "Review" in the title. Sure the thread was started prior to people being able to review it, but there's a zero-hour when the movie is released and people start having things to review.

Similarly today the X-Files 2 thread (which again says "Review" in the title) switched from pre-release talk to potential-post-release reviews. Granted it was early in the day when I noticed the first unmarked spoiler, but shouldn't the readers reasonably expect that at some point, they're risking being spoiled just by going in there?

In the TV forum, threads start the day of the show and from 12:01am until air time, it's generally safe. But once 9pm EST rolls around, I know to stay out of the Lost thread until I've seen it.

I realize that marking a post with spoiler tags doesn't take much effort on the poster, but really it shouldn't have to be done beginning the day of wide release. That's just my opinion.

But, still, I thought I would try to get this discussion going here and wonder if there are hard-line rules or maybe try to get everyone on the same page as to what is reasonable to post and when and what is reasonable to expect to accidentally run into and when.
