Kingpin... if not for any reason other than the fact that it has one of the greatest BILL MURRAY performances of ALL TIME... Big Ern, Big Ernie McCraken is one of the funniest characters ever put on film...

Kingpin first, with D&D a close second. Mary trails by a bit (those incredible sequences, but didn't have the nonstop humor of Kingpin or D&D). Irene is further back, Hal is behind this, and Jones is WAAAAAAY behind.

TSAM really started it all off with their "I can't believe they just did that!" gags in the theater. Since then, it's always been a movie I've always had a sweet spot for.

Another one for "There's Something About Mary."

I loved Keith David's reactionary line; "How'd you get the beans above the frank?"

Me, Myself, and Irene....

Didn't really like any of the others, though Dumb and Dumber was almost tolerable thanks to Lauren Holly.

So far 26 people have voted for the first three films they did, but only two votes for the last three combined. so are they losing their funniness?

Hmm, I went for Dumb & Dumber cuz it's the funniest of their movies, IMO. I hadn't realized that I actually saw all of their movies, and when they were in the theatre, no less. Crazy. Never really considered myself a fan. Although, aside from Osmosis Jones and a lot of Shallow Hal, their stuff makes me laugh. So, yeah, Dumb & Dumber followed by There's Something About Mary, neither of which I've picked up on DVD yet. In time...

Dumb and Dumber, then Kingpin, followed by There's Something About Mary.

I think they got somewhat jaded after those first three movies and haven't put out anything as good as those three since then.

Kingpin doesn't get the respect it deserves. It is easily one of the best comedies of the '90s.

D & D and TSAM are damn fine comedies, too, but Kingpin is their best piece of work.
