I've never seen Osmosis Jones, but My Myself & Irene is the only one I didn't like out of all the rest.

I picked There's Something About Mary.. with Kingpin a close 2nd.

Tough choice, but I voted for Dumb and Dumber. Kingpin (because of Big Ern) is in a very close second, and TSAM is in a not too distant third.
