Which one of Charlies Angels needs to be permanently retired?
Answer seems obvious to me, but everyone has different tastes. and who would you replace that retired Angel with?

I think after this one it would be best to just try and replace them all and give them cameos in the next movie. Barrymore could stay as producer if she wishes.
Drew is very hit and miss in terms of how attractive she looks IMO. Out of the three, I think Liu would be the first to go because she will most likely have someone or her agent raise hell about how she only gets a fraction of what the other Angels get and claim it is because of her Asian heritage (her agent will, not Liu herself). I can also see Diaz leaving as her price tag will most likely be more than the studio is willing to pay .

Well, the whole point is the girls DO change over the time.
I like the current 3 and I think they work well together. So if you're going to change one, then change them all because they've establshed their "chemistry".
Changing one would be like changing one of the members of RUSH

The use of PERMANENTLY makes it sound as if they'll drag the unlucky angel out the back and put a bullet in her head. 
BTW, I think they hate Lucy Liu because (IMHO) she's not nearly as physically attractive as the hype wants you to believe. Plus, her Ally McBeal character predisposes everyone to thinking she's a mega bitch. I doubt that it's an anti-Asian thing since I don't see anyone having a problem with Kelly Hu (Scorpion King, X2).
But honestly, if they were determined to hire a semi-famous Asian Angel, there's no one else out there with the right personality and style to fit with Drew & Cameron. Everyone I can think of would either have a strong accent (anyone from HK/Japan/etc), be completely weird and bizarre next to the others (Bai Ling, Margaret Cho heh), or just lack the right personality (Kelly Hu). Liu has got the market cornered on that kind of crazy, lively, bitchy American girl who just happens to be Asian. At least AFAIK. Maybe China Chow (The Big Hit), but I don't think anyone in their right mind would hire her for their blockbuster when they could get a somewhat marquee name like Lucy Liu in there.

The lot of them. Actually, I rather like Lucy Liu, but that was the closest my vote could get. Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore are really both quite repulsive. Not just not as hot as claimed, but actually sickening to behold.
