Help Me Name This Movie...

I was in college and the prof was showing the start of it.

It's black and white, and I think it's supposed to be somewhat of a scary movie. You see people driving up to, I think, a house. People are all in different cars. Then, you see a floating talking head appear on the screen, almost doing a voice-over about who's in the car, and why they chose to come to the house.

Every now and then, he talks about his wife or somebody and then states almost sarcastically, "She's so amusing..."
