Differences between downloaded trailer and trailer on the big screen.

I've seen the full downloaded trailer (super mega big version) thousands of times now cause I have it on loop on a display computer at work, so I kinda know it inside out now. The other day I went and saw The Recruit in the theatre here in the UK and they had the same trailer on the big screen.

I noticed some differences. Mainly they were slightly longer running shots that were present in the internet trailer. I noticed this with about 4-5 scenes. Now I've been viewing the trailer with a +2Ghz computer and fast video card so there is no chance of stutter on the playback.

Has anyone else noticed this?
