I think he did this after Licence to Kill, not sure of exact date.

But its cool within the short time, think Bond fans or Dalton fans in general will like this. Seems very confident in the Bondian type role, certainly his Bond films leaves me hungry for more.

And Sean Connery is there as well in a different advert, search for Connery, he sort of does a small dance, he looked like his old Bond self, despite the age, the charm is there.
