first talkie jazz singer tonight on tcm in primetime 8:00 pm followed by casablanca!
just thought id remind all of you since this is a very historical movie, yes it aint the best but this is the first movie with talking. also after that another major classic casablanca.

In a related vein, Don Juan (1926) will air Sunday night at midnight (11/10/02) on TCM. Don Juan was the first full-length film with a synchronized soundtrack of music and audio effects (using the same Vitaphone system used for The Jazz Singer (1927)).
