Yep, it appears that a UK site has beaten any American sites for the preorder of Men In Black. It is released on Region 2 on the 25th of September and if you preorder before Midnight BST on Thursday, you can get it for 13.59 GBP. The link is http://www.dvdstreet.infront.co.uk/c...y=dvd-CDR24510
If the extra happy hour bonus price doesn't show up, go via http://www.infront.co.uk/happyhour to activate the bonus price
It lists most of the extras that they mentioned for the Region 1 version. It would appear to be the same as the R1 collectors edition, but not the 2 disc limited edition

If it’s the PG rated version it has 5 seconds of cuts, not a huge amount just another reminder that you‘re not grown up enough to choose what you want to watch for yourself or to put it another way - another reason to order the region one version where people are allowed to watch a movie without having their hand held.
MEN IN BLACK
.
This work was classified "PG" on 12 December,1997.
.
When classified the work had an approved running time of 93m 53s.
.
The work had a submitted running time of 93m 53s.
.
To obtain this category cuts of 0m 5s were required.
Some or all of these cuts were substitutions.
It may have been re-certified for DVD but I doubt it as Tri-Star are gonna want to sell it to as many people as possible, which they will with a PG, but not a 15.
