104 minute version of "Dead Alive"

Anyone know where one can find the elusive uncut 104 minute version of Peter Jackson's "Dead Alive". I know that a German DVD is supposedly the full version, is there a Hong Kong DVD version with all the gore not present on the US unrated version?

I should be getting the German one (has original English language track) any day now. Be aware it is PAL format (I have an APEX). I do not know of a legal Hong Kong DVD version, and the full-length Hong Kong LD wasn't widescreen and had subtitles burnt into the picture.
