yesasia Annual Clearance Sale!

Just found out about this today.

http://us.yesasia.com/en/BargainStore/Index2.aspx

If you don't necessary need English-substitute on movie, there are quite many interesting titles on sale here.

GODZILLA FINAL WARS Special Edition 3 DVD set (Japan Version) $20.99

DEAD LEAVES (KUBRICKs + 12pages Booklet)(Limited Edition)(Japan Version) $10.99

It is not easy to to search the site (too many items.) also be aware of the same movie but different edition released different countries. Can be quite confusing.

Also some cheap criterions. Combined with $5 off $30 (and of course free shipping) these are pretty decent. $5 off $30 coupon - WGASIA5. I think it is only for first purchases on an account.

$17.99 Le Samourai
$17.99 The Naked Kiss
$17.99 Samurai Spy
$22.99 Armageddon
$23.99 Dazed and Confused

Looks like it went back up, it is still in the $15.99 - $19.99 but with a $69.49 price.
Shame, would have gone for this.

This is a very good movie, provided you're tuned in to the same wavelength Aoyama tends to operate on. Hope you enjoy it.

Sorry! just checked, looks like many items go back to origanial prices.
Even though they are still listed as part of the Clearance Sales.

I wonder if they will add new item in the Sale.

Again, depends on your interest and language requriment, there are still many good deals:

Is the Godzilla movie gone? I can only find the one for almost 90 dollars. I'd buy it for 20 since it looks nice, but not 90...

Anyone have a link to the 20 dollar one?

I saw a few things i would like to get, but does anyone have past experience with this site? Are they a legitimate retailer or are they selling bootlegs? Any order problems in the past?

Yes Asia are one of the finest retailers on-line! Never had a problem and all their discs are legitimate.

I've purchased from them about half a dozen times over the past few years, and never had a problem, or received anything that seemed questionable.

So has anyone from the US ordered from this site? What's the deal with customs fees, will there be extra $$ due upon arrival?
I've ordered from the UK and Australia before and haven't had to pay any extra customs or VAT fees... but I've heard stories from people who have.

Never any of that, YesAsia has warehouses and ships within the states. Nothing but praise. Sometimes the prices seem a bit high, but not extraordinarily, considering you get free shipping on any order over $25.

I just ordered Funky Forest: The First Contact, and the Korean disc of Spring Summer Fall Winter and Spring. Next week I plan to order the Fight Back To School box set and Chungking Express/Fallen Angels Korean Remaster
