Help me find out the title of this French film
I recently was in France and even though we only got French language TV I watched about 15 minutes of a movie that I would like to see more of. It took place in in France and a short blonde woman seemed to be watching over over this boy, among others, to make sure things were going ok with them. She has magic powers so she could have been an angel or witch or something. She helped this one kid get a specific class so that he would be in it with a girl so I am guessing she was trying to get the two together.
