I get it, but I don't get it. Ray's emergency kit included Ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and salad dressing. I'm all for tie-ins, but none of that shit has anything to do with the movie. They are stretching a bit far on this one.

My favorite is definitely the Godzilla "Final Box":

I'd also like to state that pictures do it NO justice at all.I personally thought the Godzilla head looked kinda shitty when I saw the picture, but when it got to me I was totally blown away. It is huge (thats THIRTY dvds in that picture to give you a small sense of scale) and extremely detailed. They really caught the absolute worst angle on that head for the promotional pictures because it just looks plain goofy, IMO. It's far more awesome in person.
was this the picture you were looking for?

I received my HOFD LE from Moviesville.com today, and I'm very pleased with it! As correctly specified on their site, Discs 1 and 2 are NTSC, while disc 3 is PAL format.

I'm very impressed with the construction of the wooden box. It's very nicely put together.

I thought he was refering only to the Donnie Darko Tin. All the text on the Jarmusch box is written in English so that it what threw me.

Disc 3 has a completely separate, unrelated movie on it? That's.... weird.

Hello Everybody

Hello everybody. Ling Ling from movieSville.com.

No, we do not sell bootlegs.

It is weird that there is an unrelated DVD in the wooden box (Seven Swords). But that's the Asian way it is! I don't know why, either.

I am glad to see our customers here and I hope I do not appear too obtrusive.

As for spam, we purchased a third party list, but most of the email addresses were cleansed, and if you do not want to receive any more newsletters simply click the "unsubscribe" button at the end of the email. Now we improved the subscription process: if you want your email address to be subscribed, you need to go here: http://stores.moviesville.com/Store/Tab.aspx?tabid=4 click the "subscribe now" button and input your email address, and wait for a confirmation email and reply to it to be subscribed.

Again I am ready for any questions.

Thanks for the support!

And a Zhang Yimou film? You figure they would at least have included another Tsui Hark film.

Hello, lingling. Welcome to the forum.

I am personally not bothered by the email newsletters. My only suggestion would be to send them a little less frequently, or only send them when there are significant changes to the products being advertised. It seems like I've gotten several emails in a short period of time all advertising the exact same DVDs.

Plus they are both dvd9, which I figure means that both movies would be bootlegs? I dont know much about it, but according to the other thread, it would seem that they are.

Huh? This logic escapes me... The majority of DVD's made are DVD9's.

Pro-B i'm interested in picking this up. Did you order it from axelmusic? as I remeber your post about them and the good experience you had. btw, do you know if the version of Arven they sell has english subs as it doesn't seem to be listed on the dvd case, same question with Kopps. Any other recomendations? You mention Brothers in your review as being better than the R1. could you point me in the direction of this? Thanks again
