Face/Off is available in DTS in R2 from Japan or R3 from Korea. (Well, those are the regions that I know of, there are probably more.)
I have the Korean edition and the sound is good. It's okay, but not as dynamic as I thought it would be. The track isn't bad, it's just normal. For this movie, though, it should be better. Maybe the R2 is better.
If you can find it for cheap, then pick it up. The picture's anamorphic (although nothing exceptionally impresssive), so it's probably an overall better DVD than the R1 edition.

I have the R3 Korean as well, i thought the DTS track on it sounds great, even the non action scenes really kick. Some parts of the picture are just ok, but for the most part, its good as well.
I grabbed the Korean one up for about $18, i think its well worth it for the DTS track.

Isn't the Korean releases non-anamorphic? And apparantly the pq is pretty dodgy with it.... here's a review anyway:

Okay, Touchstone is kind of insane in Korea. The Rock, Armageddon, Con Air, Face Off and a bunch of others have 2 editions: a regular edition, which is just normal DD5.1, non-anamorphic, and a Special Edition, which isn't really special apart from being anmorphic and having a DTS track.
Ummm... I think that guy's being a bit harsh. I've seen better pictures on worse releases, that's true, but I don't think it's as horrid as he makes it out to be. It's not great, but it's okay.

Just like to throw in the wonderfully NON-anamorphic Korean releases of the SE's for Ransom and Crimson Tide. *sigh*
I don't think any region got DTS with 16x9. It's one or the other.

The R3 Thai SE and the R3 Korean SE versions both have anamorphic picture and DTS soundtracks. They also have the "Action Overload" featurette which isn't on the R3 HK version.

I'm sure that both the Korean and HK discs are identical releases, they even feature identical covers!
