Also, DvdPS lists it as being discontinued.
According to Koreandvds.com, the R0 has DD5.1 (which the R1 doesn't have)

If it's not cut, it's probably censored anyway.
Korea does not allow full frontal nudity which Angel Heart probably has it during the strong sex scene.
I think you should go with Artisan which has the nice transfer and unrated although the case shows the R rating.
