Here's the deal:

T-mobile has bundled their Nokia 2760 phone with a $25 prepaid service card. The bundle is being sold for $19.99 plus tax, free shipping.
35% Bing Cashback is available, netting another $7
Final cost is $13 plus tax

Here's how:

Go to Bing and search for "T-mobile". (you may have to use IE or Chrome, some FF users have reported problems)
Clickthru the 35% Bing banner ad to activate the cashback
Go to this page: http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/phones/prepaid.aspx
Select the Nokia 2760, add to cart, go through checkout

The phone may be awesome, it may suck rocks. If you're already a T-mobile customer it won't matter, because you're getting a $25 service credit for $13-14. You can put the phone in a drawer, use it as a paperweight or as a chewtoy for your neighbor's obnoxious dog, because the phone itself is LESS THAN FREE.

On the other hand, if you're looking for inexpensive prepaid service that includes a phone, this deal is hard to beat.
