I just emailed them about an issue ... didn't read all the pages in the thread here ... but, I emailed them at cs1@yourmusic.com (an email address they sent me a message from a long time ago when I had emailed them about something general before joining) instead of the online web form (which has a character limit on it).

I got an automated confirmation that my message was received within 10 minutes.

Well, my Hank Williams set came today. The seams of all 4 corners were somewhat split. I'm not going to bother sending it in for a replacement because a.) it's not that big of a deal considering I paid well less than half retail for it, and b.) I don't want to deal with their customer service.

Been having probs with YourMusic.com as well. I *finally* found a phone number after doing some Google searches and after contacting my CC company. I'll be calling tomorrow to dispute numerous charges they've hit me with for no reason. Their lousy email-only customer service sent me auto responses just the rest of the folks with no human response after a month.

They apparently do their billing out of Indiana, and a reverse lookup put them at 1400 S Fruitridge Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47803. I'm unsure as to the validity of that address since they were apparently bought out (Bertelsmann Direct North America by Direct Brands, Inc.).

I'll see how it goes...

^The address is probably good... it's the old CH CD club physical address. BMG bought them out several years ago.

I've placed a few orders...the 2 disc sets are a great deal.
The problem is there is shit music coming out these days so I'm mainly looking for remasters or special editions of classic albums.

I ordered one CD when I created my account with the B1G1 offer they had. I still have the free CD sitting in my account because I can't find anything to use it on.

I ordered the new Dream Theater album when they had a $5.99 sale, then I got the new Porcupine Tree for free. I also ordered the Complete Hank Williams box when they had a $5.99 sale a month or so ago.

I'm still having trouble using my free cd's. In March, their 2 newest additions are xmas cd's from Martin & Sinatra. Pathetic!

I also resigned from CBS DVD Club a couple months back due to DREADFUL customer service. I don't think any of these "clubs" are going to be around much longer. I sure miss the old BMG & their giveaways!
