that has nothing to do with it. while Sony has the movie rights, Marvel has the rights to all merchandising/cartoons of all Marvel characters.

Got a shipping email about 2-3 days before it showed up. I live in the same state as their warehouse, so once they ship, it gets here quickly. I'd say I was waiting about a month, maybe a bit less, for the notice which is a lot longer than usual.

Just got a $10 Disney gift card in the mail along with another card telling me I can get a free download of the Incredibles on the Disney Movies Anywhere site, which I had already done. The invoice just says "Thank you for participating in Disney Movie Rewards!". Is this something they're sending to everyone?

Where are my points!!!!? I just logged in and it gave me a message about my password being wrong, so I do the password reset and it shows zero points (like it is a new account). Is there a telephone number for this service, or am I stuck waiting when I contact them via email?

I just tried signing into my account and then a second account I keep for a family member. Initially I could only get into my account. But now I can get into both. Must be an issue with their site. Try again and see if your points are back, if not I would contact them.

I got my Home On The Range Blu-ray today. It came with a slipcover.

But when I checked my mail I saw another package from DMR ( I only ordered one movie from one account.). They accidentally sent me another copy of Home On The Range!

I had this happen a few years ago ... they told me there had not been any activity on my account (points added or redeemed) in some time and this causes the account to "expire." I don't remember how long ago it was or how long it sat.

I had to contact them by e-mail and they eventually did reinstate the account and my points.

Make sure to check your points balance.... It is possible you were charged for both.... Also check the paperwork inside... It could be someone else's with duplicate shipping labels to you... All the above has happened to me from other retailers... & the dup charge almost happened with DMR recently on the Rocketeer.. I had triple confirmation emails & temp charges on my CC...

Disney has an outside company running Disney Movie Rewards, with a lower standard of service than if Disney themselves ran it.
