Cardsfan, I don't think that ebay has ever been on their site's list of stores. That's why people have to enter searchphrases on bing.com like "wii" to find out what the current ebay discount is.

Yep. I've only found it by searching. It's not on any list of stores.

No luck getting Cashback on my recent eBay purchase (9/12), even though the Bing cashback banner was at the top of the page and I used But It Now.

Ditto for me, and I made a $1000 purchase!

Contact Bing CB support. They can fix it for you manually.

I have $4.50 available in my cashback account from a newegg purchase. It keeps telling me I will get it when I get to $5.00, but when my ebay/paypal cashbacks become available, they keep depositing the small amounts (52 cents and 64 cents) into my paypal account.

I'm guessing the ebay/paypal stuff is tracked differently and I'll have to wait until some "regular" cashbacks become available. Or do I have a problem here?

I emailed eBay CS and got this response today. It seems to me that this CS rep doesn't know much about the program, as I've been using it for over a year.

They just tell you to contact eBay customer service: "Contact eBay support at www.ebay.com to confirm cashback eligibility." eBay's Contact Us page is a MAJOR hassle - you have to jump through all kinds of hoops to send an email. I managed to send a couple of emails, to which I've received no response.

Ah, that really sucks. Bing has helped me with several purchases that didn't show up over the last few months. One was an eBay purchase.
