You must not watch tv. Ads for Bing seem to be popping up a lot. Bing is MS' answer to Google. As far as cashback, I never mentioned that as it's a separate issue.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. It does say that some sites are exempt, and it looks like eBay is one of them. Still, 10% is better than nothing, if you were going to buy something anyway...

not as bad as the companies that jacked up their prices when the double cashback was going on. Also, I noticed (since I was buying a tv for my dad) that many places that previously had "free shipping" started charging for shipping when the double cashback started.

true, no arguement there. the best time to buy is right when there's a substantial increase (i.e. from 10% to 15% or whatever), and before the sellers have had a chance to "revise" their price.
