the link in the OP has been sorted to include all stores and by amount of cashback, but if that doesn't work, try this link:

http://search.live.com/cashback/stores

if that still doesn't work, try this:

http://www.live.com/
then click on the "cashback" button on the upper right
then click on "and shop at 100's of stores" on the left frame (which is right under "Great deals on millions of products")

Good thing I got the stuff I really wanted in quickly, though it is a bummer that it is over.

Yup, including DD down to 4%.

^Which message? The one telling you have cash back or the one telling you they're paying you? They say they take 14 days to paypal you once you instruct them to pay (after 60 days from the sales date).

So how long does it take for Deepdiscount to post the pending refunds to my account?

I ordered last week and I still have $0.00 pending in my account.

If you look in your live cashback account, there's a detail button on the left hand side. Click on that, and it'll tell you the activity. Does your purchase show up there?

The message in my eBay inbox. That was a month ago. Other stuff I recently purchased from stores in this thread show up and are pending.

No. I followed the "Don't see all your cashback rewards? Find out why." link to see if they'll send me the eBay transactions again to my mailbox.

man, to hell with live.com cashback.

they revoked my cashback balance from shoes.com by saying the items had been return, exchanged, or canceled. none of that ever happened. nor is there an error in my shoes.com account history.

on top of that, i've contacted live.com customer service 3 times. they haven't responded once. they even had the audacity to send me a "how did we do" follow-up survey.

whoo, there goes $35.00 down the hole. i'll never use that crappy site again.

I had my own problem with a subscription at magazine.com and live.com not sending me the confirmation email. I contacted live.com a few times and they couldn't do anything about it. I then spoke to a couple of people at magazine.com to send live.com a confirmation and then instantly the email and the amount was in the cashback account. Basically, it's hit and miss. It can be reliable or frustrating but worth it.

Can you get cash back on Ebay through Live.com? Because I don't see a link to Ebay in the store listing on Live.com.

Yes, presently they are giving 8% cashback for ebay purchases. It has to be a buy it now sale, not auction. To get it, you have to do a livesearch first and it might appear.

I was posting here again to express some frustration over getting my refund, and it seems I'm not the only one.

I placed an order through Moviegoods.com and received notification on November 1st that the funds were now available to withdraw, so I had them transferred into my Paypal account. Three weeks later, the money still isn't there (Live.com continues to list it as "in process") and no one will respond to my e-mails. May as well write it off as lost money and never deal with this lousy site again...

Cosmic, email their support. Then if you do not get a response, call them. They will eventually fix it, you just have to stay on them. I had a check take over a month to get to me. Finally after calling them, it arrived a few days later. Normally the checks have taken about 2 weeks.

I would keep pursuing Live.com. They owe you that money.

Would you mind posting the phone number? I've searched that site high and low, and everything just leads back to that worthless support form page. I've sent yet another e-mail from there this morning and don't expect to get any response this time, either.
