I had a feeling they would be gone soon. I'd noticed they were getting thinner and thinner lately. I even looked and last April's issue was 120 pages, this April's is only 72.

I wonder what they'll do with existing subscriptions. Mine's good through the end of 2013.

Alpha tried to build Blender's circulation, pushing its paid-circulation guarantee to 1 million from 800,000 at purchase. Bummer. I think my subscription doesn't end til 2016. If they tack on to my Maxim subscription, I think I'll be getting it til I die (my Stuff subscription had already been tacked onto that). I miss Stuff more than I'll miss Blender, and I miss FHM even more than that, but it's always sad to see any magazine go under. Agreed. I would say Maxim was least favorite compared to Stuff and FHM. Blender was actually a music magazine I could relate to. To me, Paste is worthless and Rolling Stone isn't that in-depth anymore.

I just started a free sub to Blender 2 issues ago. Got both issues within a week of each other.

Not a bad magazine, used to get it 2 or 3 years ago on a free sub.
