My account for some reason had them boxes checked under no so I didn't get the email while my dads account had those boxes checked under yes and he got the email promoting this. If your boxes are checked under yes, then I have no answer why you didn't get the email.

Has anyone had an issue with their website? I've been collecting the caps and recently decided to enter the codes but the site looks totally different now. It doesn't respond to certain links and I don't even see a place to enter the codes. HELP?

The site does have a different design from some time ago, but I haven't had any real problems entering codes. After you sign in, the enter codes tab is on the left. Clicking on it should open up a drop down window where you enter the codes.

On the left, I see a long list of items titled "Get Rewarded" ...I don't see anything that resembles entering codes. Plus, like I said, many of the links don't even respond (like my "alerts", or "Favorites", etc). What am I doing wrong? I'm using Mozilla. (but tried with IE as well and no luck)

I noticed the Blockbuster Gift Card as well. However, they've added a condition to it - one per member per lifetime or something to that effect. I've already redeemed points for a couple hundred dollars of Blockbuster gift cards previously so it wouldn't let me get one this time. For what it's worth, postalpez, ones I've received before have all been gift cards (although I do think you get them in $15 increments).

If you're a movie renter, the Blockbuster Night coupons are still a better deal. Many people don't rent movies and would rather have the freedom to do what they want, but for those who rent movies, it's something to keep in mind.

I'll second das, sorta.
If you're renting from BB, I've found that the 45 points it costs for a single night rental (which is $3.99 plus tax here in Indiana, $4.27 total value) is a better value than any of the other BB reward options*. The 130 points for two movies + popcorn + two cokes looks like a deal ... if you buy popcorn and cokes from Blockbuster. But since I can walk to the Kroger next door and spend far less money for more popcorn and a more coke, the actual "value" of what I'm getting for my 130 points isn't as great. For me, it's $3.99 x 2 for the movies, a buck for the popcorn, and no more than $1.40 for both cokes (6 packs are never more than $4.29, frequently as low as $2.00-$2.50). That's a max value of $11.10 with tax, or nearly 12 points per dollar.
Rule of thumb... divide the # of points by the dollar value of the award. Lower is better. The 48 point one nighter is approx 10.5 points per dollar. At that exchange rate, the $75 GC should have cost you 790 points. Any higher and you paid more than you needed to.
* - Except possibly the 33 points rent-one-get-one-free movie deal. If you don't mind paying for the first rental, the 33 points for a free 2nd rental is a better deal than the 45 point freebie. But I don't personally care for deals that cost me points but which are essentially just discount coupons. Points should be spent for free stuff, IMO.

Coke killed the free movie rental coupon and now is offering only Rent 1 Get 1 Free. They also raised the bloickbuster night coupon to 200 points. That sucks!

I'll have to see if one of my uncles has any 12-packs at his house - he helped me big time the last couple of times there was a double point deal.
Update #1 (Saturday): I checked with him this morning and he has six 12-packs at the house. (He's going to open them up and send me the codes via email.) I'll have to purchase something for him from there one of these days. Hopefully some store will have a sale on 12-packs of Coke this week and I'll be able to get four of them which will bring me to the limit of ten codes.
Update #2 (Wednesday morning): My uncle did send me a email with codes from the six 12-packs that he had and yesterday we bought five 12-packs of Coke on sale (5 for $10) so I'll use four of those codes and there are my ten codes for me to enter. Now I'm off to enter them!
