He uses a bit differently then you want to, but he compares all the deals out there

I have 0% for life with my two discover cards (gold and plat.).

Citi gives me 0% offers for a year just about every other day. Every other bank gives me an offer about once a month for 0% for a year. The only card that was fee-free was the GM card. Not sure if they are still doing 0% offers though.

My citibank card has it. I pretty much transfer cards every 6 months to 1 year depending on the card.

i would not recommend the discover card, they charge a
Two-cycle Average Daily Balance (including new purchases) , , i would recommend chase card or the hsbc card. I transferred 2 high balances for one year on chase with a 0% apr.
