Recommend me some Horror on DVD!

After seeing he error of my ways in not knowing a Street Trash SE was released. I decided I needed some suggestions for horror that I do not own. My collection link is in my sig, so based on that what would you all suggest?

Thanks!
Chris

Re: Recommend me some Horror on DVD!

I took a quick peak at your list, so please forgive if I repeat a few things that you have.
An American Werewolf in London
Fright Night
Bram Stoker's Dracula
Captain Kronos - Vampire Hunter
Cemetery Man
Dead & Buried
The Devil Rides Out
The Exorcist
The Fly (both versions)
Freaks
From Dusk Till Dawn
The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires
Lifeforce
Phenomena
Rec
Shaun of the Dead
The Wicker Man (the original)

There's plenty more. I'd read up on the above flicks on IMDB to see if they fit your tastes.

Re: Recommend me some Horror on DVD!

I always have a hard time recommending horror. The same movie will get a different reaction from day to day. There are so many sub-genres within horror... and my interest pretty much covers the gamut. Lately I've been buying the exploitation/grindhouse movies. Other times it's been J-horror or classic horror. I also enjoy the occasional splatterfest.

This is true. I just got Street Trash in the mail yesterday, so I'll be watching that this weekend. WOOHOO!

Awesome. I'm such a sucker for extras and this one has a great documentary.
