So we bought this disc when it first came out. It played fine back then. Last week, my wife tried to watch it again with our kid, but she said it got all glitchy then stopped working entirely.

- She put the disc in the Xbox One S first. It played for about 20 minutes, then got glitchy. This is just a random example that looks kind of like what she saw:

- She took the disc out, and cleaned it. Same thing.
- She took the disc out, and put it in the PS4 instead. It wouldn't play at all.
- She took it out of the PS4 and put it in the Oppo 103. Wouldn't play at all.
- She might have even tried the PS3 in the other room... still nothing.
- She put it back in the Xbox One, and... nothing. It wouldn't load anymore.

So the disc is effectively dead.

Anyone else have issues with this one? I vaguely recall some discussion about it, but couldn't find it using the search.

I'm tempted to buy a replacement copy, but what are the chances I get another dud? The only other disc I had a problem with was Dredd 3D. As I recall, my US copy played once in my brother's Samsung BD player, but I could never get it to play on anything else. I recently threw that into my PS4, and it wouldn't play. My Canadian copy of that one plays perfectly fine, though.

I played this for my kids a couple of weeks ago and it didn't have any issues. I played it in my PS4. It may be a disc rot issue? I'd contact Disney first and see what they have to say before buying another copy.
