Re: What movies have you dipped on the most regardless of media type?
I've done many double dips, but triple or more? Hmm...
Breaking Bad
-had the individual DVD seasons, upgraded to the DVD Complete Series set, now have the Blu-ray Complete Series set
Fargo
-had the DVD, then the first blu-ray edition, now have the remastered blu-ray
Good Will Hunting
-had the DVD, then the first blu-ray edition, now have the 15th anniversary blu-ray
Indiana Jones
-had the VHS box set, then a DVD box set, now have the Complete Adventures blu-ray set
Jurassic Park
-had the VHS, then the DVD, now the blu-ray
LOTR
-had the individual theatrical DVDs, then the 4 disc DVD box sets of each, now have the extended edition box blu-ray set as well as the theatrical blu-ray set
Terminator
-had a DVD, then some random blu-ray edition, now have the remastered blu-ray
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
-I think we have a winner here. I have had at least 5 versions of this. 3 different DVDs (a single disc edition and two different special editions) and 2 different blu-ray editions (a single and a Man with No Name set)

Re: What movies have you dipped on the most regardless of media type?
Way too many dips.
Got practically all the region 1 DVDs (FOX box set) and a few of the HK releases as well.
Also got the Hong Kong Legends UK Pal Region 2 box set as well as the 2-disc Ultimate Edition of Fist of Fury and The Big Boss.
Doubled dipped on Enter the Dragon with the 2-disc WB DVD as well as the recent BD set.
Last double/triple dips include the Legacy HK BD Box set that's supposedly not supported by the Lee family and now the current Shout BD Yellow Book set.
I declared in the Bruce Lee Shout thread that I'm officially done with his content forever. There's really no other content left.

Re: What movies have you dipped on the most regardless of media type?
Same here, and then add the Shout Factory collector's release.
And basically I am going to have the same scenario with The Thing release soon.
Let's see....anything else in the Quadruple realm. Don't think so, most of the time it's DVD to Blu and that's it. Oh wait...Fifth Element. DVD to Superbit DVD to Blu-ray to Steelbook to Super...err 4k Blu-Ray. That's Quintuple. (I probably had VHS too but I have huge trouble remembering what I had in VHS) .
Also, I'm not including digitals (but if you want you can add 1 more to Thing & Fifth Element)

Without doing a hard count, it was easily the Universal Monsters films - the Castle Films 8mm adaptations were my first home video, and I've purchased them through every technological advance since.
